How to convert JPG and JPEG to PDF on Windows 8.1?
1. Double-click a JPG or JPEG file
2. Set up the print area
3. Select from main menu "File"->"Print"
4. Select Printer "PDF Printer"
5. If you need to adjust PDF generation options, click the "Property" button on the right
